Shavon is a dynamic and enthusiastic public speaker who creates memorable learning experiences through her inspiring and motivating messages. A powerful woman of God, she offers messages of hope and empowerment to all that she comes in contact. Her presentations are often characterized as enjoyable, yet informative. One of her most favorite quote is, "No one can make me inferior without my consent." She believes that every human being is equipped with the potential to become unstoppable!

Her professional roles include sales, marketing, staffing, and teaching. Her high school audiences have affectionately nicknamed her, "Shay-Shay," and she especially encourages the students of RMHS to keep believing that all things are possible.

Shavon values family, education, and dignity. She stems from a foundation that was created in Mississippi and she pays homage to the land that helped to mold her philosophical truths. Her strength comes from her parents Elizabeth and George. She dedicates the HOPE Foundation and "Building Bridges" to her son, Micah.
